Anomalisa, childhood, and the fading of wonder

anomalisa 2

Dearest readers,

Yesterday I was listening to an attempt to explain why time seems to speed up as we grow older. When we are young children, an afternoon stretches out for an eternity, whether or not we are enjoying ourselves. A summer break from school contains the perspective of endless freedom and joy. Why is it that the impression of the passage of time, which, while only a convention invented by humans for humans in the third dimension, changes so much as we age?

summer childhood

My personal impression and belief is that the closer we each are to high frequency energies and unity, which is the typical condition of early childhood but also of great wisdom and spirituality, the more timeless our experience of life becomes. I believe that artists, musicians, creatives, gardeners, empaths, and sensitives of all disciplines are more easily able to enter this zone of timelessness so prized in great works of art.

tarkovsky quote

I also once read that the convention of the clock or universal time was created because the powers that be realized that certain areas on the globe experienced faster or slower experiences of reality. In other words, zones such as sacred sites (cathedrals, mountains, pyramids, Druidic stone structures, cave paintings, etc.) and those living near these sites would experience a slowing down of time.

Hand-Stencils-Cueva-de-las-Manos.jpg.1000x0_q80_crop-smart

The high energy frequencies of these sites are the reason for which time and time again, humans would build sacred burial mounds, churches and other places of worship on these nodes, lay lines, and portals. I wonder if people who live near these places of pure energy experience longer life, more wonder, creativity in their lives? One could imagine that people vibrating at a higher frequency would be drawn to such sites. In the United States, places such as Mount Shasta, Mount Ida, Sedona, are among the high frequency sites.

machu pichu.jpg

In contrast, places where there has been much war, death, and devastation, I would venture to imagine that time goes by faster. The Earth retains a memory of all that has occurred at each site. Fortunately, we are currently experiencing a cleansing of the planet. Gaia has chosen to heal herself, and as she raises her frequency, so has humanity begun this process of cleansing.

vaporadora.jpg

As we begin to heal, we also long to slow down and to live more simply. When we do slow down, it becomes easier to look inward and to reconnect to our imagination, intuition, and to our connection to the planet, one another, and to our highest versions. A simple life is conducive to a state of wonder. As we move from living in our heads to healing our emotional bodies and returning to our hearts, our senses open as well. The sychronicities that artists, sensitives, and the spiritually awake have always seen will become visible to everyone. It is really about paying attention and knowing that everything we perceive in the so-called “outside” world is conscious and speaking to us.

compassion

This childlike sense of wonder that our current society beats out of us in a very intentional manner from such an early age is key to our happiness. As we each learn to deeply love our self and to see every other being and thing as alive, conscious, and connected to our self, the beauty of the world, of humanity will become apparent to us again. Instead of judging and constantly criticizing self and others, we will feel joy and remember that we are all creators of realities. Knowing we are powerful and that we create our lives from within at each moment is a great generator of wonder. Instead of living as victims in a world that goes against most of our innate beliefs about life, we can now choose and take responsibility for our experiences of reality every day.

timeless

The movie “Anomalisa”, directed by Spike Jonze and written by Charlie Kaufman (director of my favorite film, “Being John Malkovich”), is a great example of how we live in our heads, how we allow our adult self to be controlled and brainwashed by the illusion of a societal vision of reality, and how wonder brings life back into full color.

Free download bluray 1080p 720p movie google drive Being John Malkovich, USA, 1999, Spike Jonze, Cameron Diaz, Eric Weinstein, John Cusack, Ned Bellamy.jpg

In the film, all of the characters are very realistic animated puppets. Unlike in “Being John Malkovich”, where real people manipulate one another like puppets, and where the puppets in the film have strings, the situation in “Anomalisa” is more enigmatic. There is no duality between “reality” and “fiction”. The entire reality is composed of puppets. In Kaufman’s artistic reality, puppetry is very symbolic of how we live co-dependent lives as victims and manipulators. We live in separation from self and see others as a source of joy, wonder, pleasure, energy…whatever it is we feel we lack to be whole, sovereign beings. Both films are very philosophical but can be enjoyed on various levels.

anomalisa-xlarge

The main character of “Anomalisa” is a motivational speaker, Michael Stone, from the U.K., who has come to Cincinnati, Ohio for a customer service conference. All of the other characters in the film share the same male voice (played by actor Tom Noonan), with the exception of Lisa (voice by Jennifer Jason Leigh), a young woman who ends up spending the night in Stone’s hotel room. All of the events are fairly banal. We, as viewers, sense that Stone is depressed. He lives a conventional life: he is married, has a child, and a good career. People appear to like him. Yet he feels alone, separate from the remainder of humanity. The emotional connection between Stone and life has been severed, and he lives inside his head. Which is why everyone speaks with the same voice. He cannot relate to others, differentiate people from one another, or see the beauty in the uniqueness of each person.

anomalisa 3.jpg

Lisa, who is a customer service representative, is attending the conference with a more vivacious and charismatic friend and co-worker. Lisa seems to lack self-esteem due to scarring from an injury, which has also affected her emotional well-being. Michael and Lisa connect, and they sleep together. They discuss the meaning of the word “anomaly”, which is why Stone begins to call her Anomalisa. He begins to open his heart, to differentiate her from other people, to see her and feel her presence as alive. He begins, for a short time, to come alive himself.

puppets

Because, like most of us, Michael is trained to see love and completeness as something outside of self which is inaccessible,  he yearns to find wonder and emotional completeness in the world. When he meets Anomalisa and her presence touches him, he sees her as an anomaly in his dull, emotionally colorless life. After they sleep together, and Lisa expresses a desire to continue the relationship beyond the spontaneous experience of that evening, her individual voice fades into the male monotone of all of the other characters in the film. As Michael Stone disconnects emotionally from his own heart and from Lisa, his sense of wonder leaves him once again.

reflection

The film is very interesting because the puppets are so very real. They move and live in a world exactly like the one that has been created for us. And this is fascinating because it shows us up front that our collective reality is in fact an illusion. It looks real, and it evokes all of the emotions we experience in the collective nightmare that has been given to us as reality. This is disturbing until we wake up and realize as Kaufman has that the world our culture has given to us is not reality.

puppets 2

When we reawaken to wonder and to our true human abilities as creators and emotional beings, we can step out of our puppet skins. We can stop fooling our self, stop manipulating others to get what we think we need to be happy. We can take back our power and create beauty and emotional satisfaction in our own lives. Wonder is at our fingertips at every moment. All we need to do is slow down, stop, look, listen, and see. We live in a magnificent world, full of beautiful emotional beings. We have been taught to put up walls around our self. To protect self from others. We leave reality and we become lonely, hurt, disappointed. The monstrous world of narcissism, co-dependency, manipulation, but also of artistic creation reflected in Kaufman’s films is a wonderful mirror to help us, as human beings, to remember who we really are.

Energy, light, plants, and prayer

kirlian mushroom

Dearest readers,

Every living being and every object has an electomagnetic field or energy signature which fluctuates. The beings around us and the environments in which we live affect our field. Cell phones, information, music, microwaves, thoughts, colors…all of these things affect our energy levels and frequencies. Our level of consciousness and how frequently we tune in, quiet our minds, and receive light and love from the universe also greatly affect our well-being in the world.

pomegranates

The tradition of prayer over food is an interesting one. By focusing thoughts of love and gratitude over the food (energy) we consume to prolong our life and well-being, we increase the energetic vibrations of the food we eat and the water we drink. Plants and animals grown or raised on organic farms have higher energy signatures not only because of the absence of pesticides, but because these living beings are treated with love, dignity, and respect.

Attitudes stemming from love possess high energetic frequencies. These are transmitted to the people, plants, and animals treated with love and dignity. When we eat plants or animals who were abused, mistreated, denied the loving qualities of pure, vital water, attention, care, freedom, a healthy diet, we absorb these low frequency energies which affect our behavior, our cellular structure, and the way we feel about our self.

Hindu blessing over food

It is not necessary to belong to an organized religion to enjoy the benefits of living consciously, with gratitude and love. In the Celestine Prophecy, a spiritual adventure fictional  series of novels, the idea of plants with high energy signatures is advanced. Today, many people are moving to raw food or paleo diets based on this concept. Foods grown locally contain higher energy, as do foods that are not cooked. The amount of light from the sun, transmuted to plants through photosynthesis and in animals in the mitochondrial DNA when consuming plants, diminishes when foods are exposed to heat, microwaves, and lack of gratitude. Sunlight is love, and the frequencies we receive from the sun are encoded into our cellular structure.

children praying

Kirlian photography reveals the auras or electromagnetic fields surrounding people, plants, objects. The energy of our food and water can be augmented through prayer, expressions of love and gratitude. If we choose to grow and care for our own food, that is even better, as the animals and plants respond to our love and attention and a bond is created between the gardener, farmer, and his or her plants and animals.

Love is the supreme ingredient for health and connection to self and the universe. We lose energy when we disconnect from Gaia, our Mother Earth and from our inner self and heart center. Any food and water can be “healed” through gratitude and love.

Water in its natural state has highly curative powers, naturally reducing bacterial and viral content and balancing everything it touches. I have a small device called a “Penergizer” sold by Grander Technologies (from Austria) which contains pure mountain spring water which inventor Johann Grander calls information water. This  water “avatar” is used to re-energize water and liquid beverages. The purity of the untouched water has a very high energy frequency which, when it comes into contact and is stirred into “dead” tap water, communicates its signature to the tap water and revitalizes it, restoring healing properties.

Grander water revitalization

Water can also be revitalized by a vortex, as in nature spring water is always flowing in clockwise and counterclockwise motion, as taught by Austrian forester, natural scientist, and observer of nature, Viktor Schauberger. Now a variety of companies make pipes and water revitalization systems to restore water to its natural state.

The most important thing you can do for your health is to love yourself, to express love and gratitude to your body every day, communicate with your cellular structure, show gratitude for all gifts, events and encounters in your life – whether they may appear to be positive or negative, and to give thanks and communicate directly with the food you eat and the water you drink. An attitude of love and gratitude is the supreme expression of health and well-being, and your energy levels will expand accordingly!

Absorb light and extend your life

leafy bridge

Dearest readers,

Ascension teachers as well as biologists are now pointing to new ways of extending the human lifespan. Currently all of life on Earth is beginning to undergo the transformation from living in a high density low frequency 3-D body in linear time to a conceptual and highly connected existence in a fourth and fifth dimensional body. The esoteric is linking hands with scientific disciplines as we begin to understand that it is the physics of energy, light, and consciousness which create the underlying fabric of reality.

ecorche

You may wonder how this affects you personally. The manner in which we live in our bodies and how we perceive reality affects everything we do. Once humans begin to understand that we are a powerful locus of consciousness and that this awareness is the creative source of the reality in which we live, we will also begin to understand that we must grow up, live in full integrity, and take complete responsibility for every single thought that enters our mind. When we see ourselves as the source of reality, we can no longer look outside of ourselves to blame or shame anyone else. We realize that it is ridiculous to not love our self because we are so powerful.

heart plant

In fact, it is survival and separation consciousness in the 3-D rational world that we think is so modern and technologically advanced which is shortening our life span. The human body is designed to live for a very long time, and unity consciousness makes longevity a reality. And as we transition to the light body, we will begin to live much longer. In this process, we begin to talk to our own bodies, and show gratitude to our bodies for their wondrous daily support. As we evolve, we will restore our intimate connection to our bodies and live in harmony. This transformation into unity consciousness will push us to look inward where we find our connection to our highest self, the remembrance of thousands of lifetimes of history stored in our DNA, and guidance from the universe.

bizarre surgery

In survival mode, we see disease as something from the outside, such as microbes, allergies, food, stress that is impacting us. We use chemicals and surgery – foreign substances and actions from without to “heal” the body. When we shift into 4th and 5th dimensional living, time is perceived as a loop and is no longer linear. We are the cause and the effect. We no longer can conceive of using chemicals or surgery, and we are automatically guided to reject and release negative thoughts as soon as they enter the gateways of our mind and heart. We constantly shift and adjust to maintain harmony in our bodies, and eventually, as we refine these skills, we no longer contract diseases of any kind. In fact, the concept of disease is no longer valid because we create our own state of health through our thoughts and actions in a responsible way. We live harmoniously with others and with our environment. As we learn to love and revere our self, our body listens and sighs with relief. Balance has been restored.

longevity

The human, animal, and plant bodies require sunlight for sustenance and longevity, in addition to our personal instructions for cellular division. The mitochondrial DNA responds to the light from within (self-love) and the light or love from without – from the sun. Sunlight is absorbed by plants in the form of chlorophyll. This wondrous substance, when consumed by animals or humans, is the same as absorbing sunlight. In the following article, “Light-harvesting chlorophyll pigments enable mammalian mitochondria to capture photonic energy and produce ATP” by Chen Xu, Junhua Zhang, Doina M. Mihai, Ilyas Washington, we learn that when we consume chlorophyll pigments, our cellular structure is modified and allow us to absorb more light and slow the aging process.

a115_faded-photo-after

While it has been prevailing wisdom that only plants can use sunlight directly for producing energy (photosynthesis), it can not be denied that not only do many animals consume chlorophyll through their diet but that research has been performed showing chlorophyll metabolites “retain the ability to absorb light in the visible spectrum at wavelengths that can penetrate into animal tissues.” (Ferruzzi and Blakeslee, 2007; Ma and Dolphin, 1999).

Here is the abstract from the linked article (see above):

Sunlight is the most abundant energy source on this planet. However, the ability to convert sunlight into biological energy in the form of adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP) is thought to be limited to chlorophyll-containing chloroplasts in photosynthetic organisms. Here we show that mammalian mitochondria can also capture light and synthesize ATP when mixed with a light-capturing metabolite of chlorophyll. The same metabolite fed to the worm Caenorhabditis elegans leads to increase in ATP synthesis upon light exposure, along with an increase in life span. We further demonstrate the same potential to convert light into energy exists in mammals, as chlorophyll metabolites accumulate in mice, rats and swine when fed a chlorophyll-rich diet. Results suggest chlorophyll type molecules modulate mitochondrial ATP by catalyzing the reduction of coenzyme Q, a slow step in mitochondrial ATP synthesis. We propose that through consumption of plant chlorophyll pigments, animals, too, are able to derive energy directly from sunlight.

yellow-armed bear

Spending time outdoors in sunlight, eating a chlorophyll-rich diet (spirulina (I used Zhou brand, sustainably grown in California), chlorella, and moringa leaf are some of the most nutrient and chlorophyll dense plants), and communicating with your own cellular structure are key ways to increase your energy levels and lengthen your life span in your current bodily incarnation. According to Lee Carroll, Kryon channel, you can instruct your cells to count only every other day and to refrain from shortening the telomeres. Shortened telomeres at cell division amplify the aging process. Reversing the aging process requires that the telomeres remain intact at cell division.

A telomere is a region of repetitive nucleotide sequences at each end of a chromosome, which protects the end of the chromosome from deterioration or from fusion with neighboring chromosomes. Its name is derived from the Greek nouns telos (τέλος) “end” and merοs (μέρος, root: μερ-) “part”.

As you learn to love yourself, you will speed up your release of all negativity, limiting beliefs, shame, blaming, victim mentality, as well as relics of codependency. As you move into your fifth dimensional body, integrity will be your first instinct. It will become easier to self-regulate and to feel compassion for yourself and all other human beings. You will begin to realize that we are all one family. You will suddenly understand that the Earth is alive and conscious.

temperate rainforest

You cannot extend your life if your life is not devoted to service to all of humanity, to Gaia and to all of the inhabitants on this planet and beyond. Long life is a gift granted to those who love self and others, to those who remember the power of the human heart. As we leave the iron age where humans, animals, plants all suffered greatly and lived shortened, harsh existences, we can breathe a sigh of relief as we begin to see the light and love ourselves once again.

How can we live harmlessly?

solar-field

Dearest readers,

Before our presidential elections in 2016, I was collecting signatures to help get the Green Party’s Jill Stein on the ballot in the State of Georgia. Among the people I approached for the petition was a young organic farmer at a local outdoor market. As we discussed farming, life, philosophy, and a variety of fascinating topics, this sensitive young man told me that while many idealize farming and rural life, in reality, farming is all about killing living beings. He seemed genuinely distressed, for while he was dedicated to producing quality food for humans, his practice destroys the lives of insects, plants, and small animals despite his best intentions.

compassion

Is it possible to live harmlessly? And if not, what intention can we set as human beings to live compassionately, loving and honoring self and all of Earth, her creatures, plants, trees, soil, rocks? What can we do in our daily lives to preserve and honor life? How can we change our habits and the way we think and act to move towards harmlessness?

trees-are-social-beings

My heart is deeply connected to Gaia, and each day I communicate empathically with small mammals, birds, trees, clumps of moss. On my way home from work today, I saw with horror that two beautiful live trees had been uprooted at a construction site where they had previously been cordoned off. Believing the builders had intentionally preserved the stand of old trees, and I cried as I sat at the stop light, sending my loving thoughts and prayers to Mother Earth for the loss of these beautiful beings.

empathy-and-understanding

The vegan and vegetarian movements are an increasingly heeded response to the call for heightened consciousness about the beauty, intelligence, and dignity of farm animals. Many people are not aware of the intense suffering of farm animals. How many know that calves are systematically removed from their mothers on dairy farms, and that these calves are often brutally murdered. The cows are constantly impregnated so that they continue to give milk, and their babies are taken away from them each time. At the end of the cow’s useful life, she is slaughtered.

human-slavery

If we project this suffering onto a human mother, we can easily imagine the soul-crushing distress that these animals must experience. How would we feel about human beings treated in this manner? Human slavery does exist, and over twenty seven million human beings, including young children, suffer the unspeakable cruelty of forced prostitution, pedophilia, slavery, and organ harvesting. Billions of farm animals today live as slaves, treated as inanimate objects. The level of consciousness today that supports human and animal slavery is indeed very low.

child-farmworkers

Most people also don’t give much thought to human farm workers who are more often than not exploited, underpaid, exposed to harmful chemicals, with long working hours and no benefits. Much produce is picked by children who don’t have the opportunity to go to school. The vegan and vegetarian lifestyles are, alas, far from harmless.

empathy

I believe that young children instinctively understand, love, and honor all animals. If adults model compassionate behavior to children and if it were to become unthinkable to eat any animals, this dietary standard could quickly shift. Also, as human consciousness rises and the energetic frequency of human thought and DNA shift, our bodies become less dense. The light body flourishes on a lighter diet. It is going to become easier to eliminate meat from our diets.

fruits-and-veg

As we become more evolved spiritually, our bodies follow suit. As human evolution progresses, humanity will eventually collectively adapt to a new cellular structure and eat less and less. At some point, our bodies will need only light and perhaps water to thrive. When we transform from humans to quantum, multi-dimensional light beings, we will be able to live harmlessly. Until then, we can strive to live consciously and compassionately.

miraclemyth

Today, even if we make the choice to avoid consuming animals or at least to decrease consumption or choose only to eat animals who were raised with love, respect, and dignity, we are still not living harmlessly. We are living consciously, but not harmlessly. Plant life is conscious. Our planet is conscious. Everything we do creates harm. When we pull up weeds, mow our lawn, eat vegetables, we are creating harm. Life as we know it in our current human form cannot be sustained without creating some harm. However, plants and animals raised with love, care, dignity, and respect contain a higher energy frequency than plants or animals raised on industrial or feedlot farms. Our energetic vibrations affect everyone we touch.

farmanimalbanner

Nature shows us this. Animals who are carnivores eat other animals, but they are not greedy. They never take more than they need to live. And when they die, they too are either eaten or return to the soil. When we grow plants with conscious intent and love, and when we give gratitude and thanks for the lives sacrificed that we may live, we move to a place of love. Gratitude is a necessary complement to consciousness. This is the reason humans pray over food. We are all part of nature.

organic-garden

Because humanity has for centuries avoided being part of Nature’s food chain, we have lost sight of our place in nature. By consciously working to release conditioning, negativity, fear, judgment of self and others, shame, lack or poverty consciousness, greed, and other mental and physical blockages that keep our energy levels, thoughts, and behaviors base and low, we can make room for more light and love in our lives each day.

love-is-the-bridge

The most important and most misunderstood aspect of love and unity consciousness is self-love. Without self-love, we all remain in the dark. God never judges us, but we human beings never cease to judge ourselves and one another. Until we are able to release all of this negativity, the light and love which are already inside of us cannot be expressed. Self-love is mastery. When we master self-love, we become beings of light. This is how we were designed, and the reality we will one day create collectively as light beings is known as “heaven on Earth”.

heaven-on-earth-is-a-choice-you-must-make-not-a-place-you-must-find

Today, we all have a unique opportunity to open up to the light and love that is inside of our hearts. We are being supported by the Universe, by the sun, and by the inhabitants of our galaxy, as well as by Gaia. The human being never stops evolving. We are all at different places in our personal evolution. We can all choose to look into our own hearts and find love for self, our fellow human beings, and for all of the living creatures on Earth, as well as for our home planet. Just knowing that everything we perceive is an expression of consciousness and sentient energy is a great start. Reality is love. We create reality using our hearts. It is time to start living responsibly and consciously. Living harmlessly starts here.

A new paradigm on Earth

mind-blowing-nature-painting-by-jung-hwan-4We tend to think of reality as something that is stable and which changes independently of our own will. Reality is outside of self, and if you believe in a creative source, most likely you have been taught that this powerful being is also outside of your self. This vision of reality implies we are separate from one another. We are weak actors struggling to compete with others for resources and for our personal survival. Above all, we play a role of adaptation rather than one of creation.

In the new paradigm, into which humanity has been evolving over the last thirty years, every person is a creator, actively participating in the manifestation of reality. A conscious actor, the human being uses intent in thought and feeling to shift energies across the planet. Entanglement and other concepts of quantum physics are allowing us to realize that we are much more powerful than we once thought.

We now know that consciousness is not limited by the brain. The mind is not contained inside the skull, and our thoughts are not protected by bone, muscle, flesh or hair. When we allow a negative or judgmental thought about ourself or about another person enter our mind and we don’t consciously reject that thought, the negative thought or belief then is authorized by our intent to create reality. This negativity influences how we feel about ourself, how we feel and act towards others. But more than that, this negative thought emanates from our body into the unified field around us. It has infinite repercussions. And because we are all connected to one another within this unified field, the object of our thoughts also feels impacted by the thought.

When we become aware as conscious creators or artists of reality, we immediately realize how important it is to be responsible for our thoughts and our feelings, as well as our actions. We begin to think about the possible consequences for our thoughts or feelings and beliefs. This affects how we choose to think at every moment. Once we begin to choose positive and loving beliefs and thoughts for ourself and all of those in our sphere, our attitude and even our health begin to change. We become more loving and compassionate…of ourselves and of others.

We can no longer be tricked or manipulated by politics, advertising or news. Our minds and hearts become calm, and we are not sucked into drama.

We begin to encourage others and absorb the beautiful, loving energies of our planet and the universe into our bodies and our being. And we actively reject negative, hurtful, or non-beneficial energies from our minds, hearts, and bodies.

Most importantly, we realize that we are powerful. We are creating reality. One thought at a time.

The powerful human being emerges

Dear readers,

My intention in starting this blog is to plant seeds of hope and encouragement. I constantly see human beings feeling lonely or struggling with a reality that is assumed to be immutable. Yet we are neither alone nor is reality something that is set in stone. Human beings are constantly recreating reality at each instant, yet most of us feel that we are merely surviving. I felt this way too, until I changed my mind.

If we choose to continue creating the same reality over and over again, it is simply because our beliefs are not congruent with our desires. Most of us wish to live in peace and harmony, to express our deepest wishes and talents and to share our lives with people we love. Our heartfelt desire is to be known, understood, loved, appreciated.

The reality that humanity creates is supported by our beloved planet, Earth. Everything that we think, feel, say, or do impacts the planet and the consciousness of humanity on Earth. When we begin to awaken to the abilities we possess innately to live as creative artists in each moment of our lives, a sense of excitement and wonder awakens in our hearts.

It is exciting and wonderful to know that we impact one another at all times, and that our thoughts and feelings impact the climate and events on Earth. With great power comes great responsibility. The conscious human being is a gatekeeper of his or her thoughts and feelings. When our intentions align with our deepest desires, we are planting the seeds for peace on Earth.
